Vendor Registration
We appreciate your interest in being a vendor at the Jax River City Pride Festival on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Registration is now open. The JaxRCPride festival marketplace opens from 11 am to 6 pm at Riverside Park (The Duck Pond) in the Historic 5 Points District.
Vendor spots are ten-by-ten on the grass, with a walking path for visitors to visit your booth. If you need an expanded spot, availability is limited and done upon request.

Nonprofit $100 | Business $200
Food Vendor - Food vendor spots are limited and reviewed/approved by the JaxRCPride Board. Signup will be available soon. Once approved, you will receive a registration email to finish the online process. Pricing: Drink Only Vendor $100 | Dessert Only Vendor $200 | Food Vendor / Food Truck $400
Corporate Sponsors’ - vendor spots are included in Sponsor Levels Producing through Blue Level. Please review your level before signing up. If you need to confirm, don't hesitate to contact us.
Vendor Information/Setup Time
Check-in/set-up begins at 8 am/ closes at 10:30 am.
A vendor email will be sent to the email in your registration on September 22 and 23. The email will have your vendor number and a map. JaxRCPride board members/volunteers will be on-hand the day of the event to help guide you to your spot. Please note: You must register to have a vendor spot in the marketplace—no exceptions on the day of the event.
Jax River City Pride does not provide tents, tables, or chairs; if you use a tent, they must be weighed in case of inclement weather.
Electricity is unavailable in the marketplace section of the city park. Small generators are permitted - if you bring one, please inform us so we can inform the city.
No vehicles are allowed entry into the park without permission. There is a designated drivable drop-off area, but no parking of any kind. Parking spaces around the park are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not reserve parking spots.
